It's UE5 most cheats like mods can just be ported. They just have to be setup and considering this has had multiple testing phases it would only take one cheater in a game to get enough information for release.
They're in testing phases too for cheats. Cause the cheater who puts out a working cheat on release is going to get most of the money when people go to buy them.
Have cheat = cash. No cheat = no cash. That simple.
Second, the anti cheat is a separate software, that has nothing to do with the game engine.
