insanely bad stuttering

anytime i go into an area with more than like 5 people the game starts stuttering to unplayable levels

rx7900xtx sapphire pulse
ryzen 7 7800x3d
32gb of system ram
and i have the game on a pcie 4.0 ssd
im running the game on 4k ultra settings with xess quality

and im not mad or annoyed about it
i understand that it's in testing
i just hope the devs fix it for the early access launch

it seems like there's something wrong on their end for the submission link or something

i think it could be AMD latest drivers i to am on AMD and its a stuttery mess.
