insanely bad stuttering

anytime i go into an area with more than like 5 people the game starts stuttering to unplayable levels

im running the game on 4k ultra settings with xess quality

i have the 1:1 exact same setup but i'm running it on 2k, ultimate settings with fsr 2 off because i want to play it with 200% render scale, which doesn't run good at all smh.

why you play with xess? why not with fsr2? xess consumes over 40 fps for me.

Like sort your settings out! Thers literally 0 need to run it higher than 100fps, any higher than that the game an other games quality is trash

Too many ppl just want performance but then you suffer on good graphics,

Considering most consoles run at 60fps,why the he'll do you need more than 100fps, higher than that you miss out on the quality of the lighting shadows etc reflections on glass an water,you lot must just play games with nothing like that on to hit 180fps,then the game is just bland 0 atmosphere,

you don't understand what stuttering is
if i was getting consistent 60-90 fps i would be fine and happy
but no
after i play half a match it devolves into unplayable stutters
try shooting a guy when your game is having a heart attack
at that i literally have a 1000 dollar gpu and a 500 dollar cpu
i should be able to run this game just fine at ultra settings (2 settings under max)
