Will the base game and campaign have voices in Spanish from Spain or Latin America?

I would really like to see this game dubbed into Spanish from Spain, as it is available in several languages. Are the creators planning to dub the game into more languages?

It would be much more immersive and would surely reach a wider audience.

when i log in the game lets me choose spanish even though in not spanish myself i always choose english idk if the voice acting is different or not, if its just subtitles in spanish thats kinda lame imo, hopefully they dub the game in all the available languages so non english people can understand.
