Not avaible in your current region

I have Kazahstan region at Steam, but using russian IP, now I can't even predownload the game coz of some mystical restrictions. Can u please fix it?

russia is restricted you must use any region other then russia,
plus vpns are against terms of service for everything last time i checked,

but yeah apparently valve blocked russia a few days ago which makes no sense,
not sure about Kazakhstan reason of being restricted,

i dont condone breaking steams tos nor the video games tos,
but youll want the eu country thats close so your ping isnt too bad not sure what eu country is near kazakhstan but id say go with germany or something.

EU day.month.year date: 05.12.2024 europe, belgium, its locked for me too, but why? it does not state why, they really should add a why.
does it have lootbox'es? if so then i'll probably know the why, no lootbox allowed in games in most eu country's now. and i can't say i don't like it, i HATE lootbox and they must all die "lootbox's must die"

I've heard it could be because of them lootboxes that are seen as gambling in Belgium...not sure wtf is going on, really.
