Installs Kernel Level Spyware

AntiCheatExpert - Seems more invasive and conflicts with Easy-Anti Cheat, which itself is also kernel-level. ACE, even when this game was NOT running and was UNINSTALLED, and the 'ACE' service STOPPED was interfering with my ability top open an EAC game. THAT WAS THE ISSUE! I received the error message, "Please close ACE-BASE before launching"

To remove:
Open CMD in administrator mode and enter these commands:

sc delete ACE-GAME
sc delete ACE-BASE
sc delete "AntiCheatExpert Service"
sc delete "AntiCheatExpert Protection"

And restart your PC to finalize the deletions.

anything you think vanguard is doing, can be done without kernel access. simply being kernel is not evidence anything nefarious is going on.

No, but Kernal level acess baically blocks off anyone using Linux and more importantly, the steamdeck.

Not the biggest install base no but lost potential players is basically asking for bad press, as well as the other issues it has.
