Game forces V-SYNC/G-SYNC off in NVIDIA Control Panel GLOBALLY
As the title says, every time I launch the game, it changes my global NVIDIA Control Panel V-SYNC setting to "Use the 3D application settings", which disables G-SYNC and causes screen tearing not only in Delta Force, but every other game also. Why the ♥♥♥♥ does it mess with my GLOBAL settings?

Not only that, but G-SYNC doesn't even work in the game, the "Fast Sync" option doesn't do anything with the latest NVIDIA driver (566.36) at the time, which has support for the game.

Yeah noticed this too. Such a weird behaviour and the previous builds didn't do this.
Noticed it too, it forces the global setting of the nvidia panel to "use the 3d application setting", whenever you start a match, so you are forced to use ingame VSync, which introduces more input lag than setting it to "Active" on the global settings.

Then if you want to play another thing you must remember to set it back to active on the control panel, which is unacceptable, as It's the only game to date that has ever touched a global setting for me.

For best performance on a Gsync monitor you must enable gsync, set the global Vsync to active and disable any ingame vsync setting, but in this game you can't.

Same issue for me. Someone said setting the Nvidia global settings config file to read only is a temp workaround but I cannot find the file.

My temporary workaround is to make the global config file (nvdrsdb0.bin) read-only, it's located at C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs

Same issue here. The game turn off the G-Sync

Is this fixed yet?

I also run into this issue, every time when I launch the game. Only difference is that it doesn't change my Global settings, just the individual game settings in the next tab over. Incredibly annoying to deal with.
