why is the esc button isnt working?

i lookup everything at the keybinds and the escape button isnt working

something went wrong to your update

and also some interact buttons in loadout menu when i press Y button to go in firing range doesn't work at all, i have to manually click my mouse button

Had to escape from the game manually

It works. It just takes well over a minute to actually bring up the pause menu because this game is so borked.
