Horrible stuttering, I had this since closed beta and still not fixed?

My pc is; CPU Ryzen 5 5600x | RAM 32gb ddr4 3200mhz | GPU Rx6700xt | Win 10

I recorded some gameplay unedited, you can see how many times I get the stutter, its just unplayable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yzKUG--xOA

While recording the gameplay the game also crashes in the end lmfao, I have all settings on lowest (tried ultra, its way worse), tried uncapping and capping the fps, restarting pc, in closed beta I even tried ddu my drivers and I let the shaders compile.

I managed to reduce stutters with -dx11 -useallavailablecores, but still get some freezes
