73° under full load? What cooler?
I think i found the problem..its RT...of course...
RayTracing. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the Game in Alpha, didnt change yet. Not much of a visual difference anyway.
Ya..it cause micro stutters..which is kind of ridiculous. My 4090 sits at 59% usage to reach the locked 144fps without DLSS. So i think my Card should handle RT just fine...
88-90°C isn't good for my old 2070.
Didn't have the problem in the beta
Oh ya..that will throttle the card. Do the settings matter? Have you tried, no RT, DLSS ect.
Everything low/off @1080p DLSS off. frames are decent between 110-140fps but it's a little bit too hot for my liking, I don't want to send my old lady to the shadow realms though xD
In most Games i would agree. In Cyberpunk 2077 on the other Hand. Complete Gamechanger. Looks absolutly insane.
After updating to the newest driver and applying a custom profile for my fans in afterburner it doesn't get hotter than 80°C @97% gpu usage.
Better and at least not as 'damaging' but still, didn't have that issue in the beta.
Usually the gpu hits the mid 70's° max though
My cpu is at 60°C btw
Ya..80° isnt great, but nothing to be concered either. As long it stays there, its fine. Weird, nontheless.
