LAGS/ FPS DROPS

I have a PC that has more hardware than recommended and I have FPS
I have an average of 180 to 200 or even up to 220 FPS
but suddenly FPS drops and I have 15 - 20 fps
and after about 3-5 seconds I have my old FPS 180 to 200 again

What should I do?

Hardware:
AMD Radeon RX 7800xt 16ram
ryzen 5 5600x
32Gb Ram

for the fake frames of DLSS , seen a few Nvidia owners complaining of big dips as well

I've got and old PC with an outdated i7 990x, HDDs and a RX580 with old drivers and it does run better than in my main pc, 10400+6700XT, 64GB and NVMe. Umplayable with stuttering and fps drops, even freezes, and suddenlu 100+ FPS, low settings or ultra it's the same.

I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K // RAM 32,0 GB // NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
I could play perfectly with medium graphics and two days ago I got some impressive lags.
I lowered the graphics to minimum and it's still the same, I can't play.
It tells me low signal, I guess the Brazilian server is full. Internet at 150 Mb even, that's not the problem. Bye bye!

I got the same Problem with my AMD Ryzen 5600x and Radeon RX 6700 XT.
For me Works Deactivate in Radeon Software the Option Smart Access Memory aka SAM .
Since i deactivate this i got 130 FPS without Drops oder Lags :) I hope it helps.

Using Delta Force Laucher here.

I have a 5500 paired with rx6600 (slightly undervolted and power up 5%) and it works great mix of low and mid, at 900p upscaled to 1080p at 177 fps. Sometimes stutters but only when everyone is exploding stuff up at the same time - goes down to 50fps but I reached lvl50 so it's playable.

Same here, first round looks good with R7 9800x3d and 7900xtx

I solved it setting the FPS in auto, looks like it's going fine now, some drop sometimes but rare and just a few ms, not entire seconds or even the full session like before.

The game runs fine even on the most pototatoed rigs, you guys are huffing some epic copium. User error in the vast majority of cases (as expected).

Or unreal engine driver side amd and nvidia SAM issue? Or maybe unreal engine 4 official input lag issue because of their render pipeline? Old gpus and cpus\gpus can't utilize most of dx12 or dx12 can't do that, that also can be the problem. This game is poorly optimized for unreal engine 4 game, and that it's runs ok on older generation is just because of unreal 4 proper support of old generation, cause it was tested for years... ( and if i can run tarkov at 70-144fps with my setup then maybe, probably it is possible that it's the game issue that even with proper specs brutforcing game not working)
