you can do it in the AMD driver
No I am not downgrading drivers for one game when the other dozen or so games that I play work just fine. It's clearly not hardware specific because people with top of the line hardware are having issues identical issues.
There is no reason for tens of thousands of players to downgrade their drivers when the devs are scapegoating said drivers. They are lazy ufcks that are refusing to fix the game.
run the game in DX11 mode to fix the stutter you don't need to roll back drivers.
This is exactly me too, asrock intel arc a750 latest drivers, intel 12400f, these mad frametime spikes didnt exist in the playtests.

into launch settings fixed the stutters for me. I'm on a 7900XT, latest AMD drivers (updated today).
