Good High Frame Rate Choppy / Stutter Issue

Can anybody help me to figure out what is wrong? If it is a known issue, I get it, I will wait for patches. Basically, I have the game maxed out , running 120 FPS locked without an issue however game stutters a lot , when running around and looking in different directions , the game starts stuttering for like 2-3 seconds and then back to normal. If I keep moving , this occurs like every 20 seconds which makes it a difficult play time, usually end up dieng during stutter. Again, performance FPS wise is good , it just massive stutters. This does not happen in any other game, I have no 3rd party software running in the background such as Corsair ICUE or Asus ARmoury that are known to cause micro stutter, needless to say this isn't micro. Perhaps it is one of the graphics settings in the game, but there is so many, I have no clue where to start. Regardless, stutter as such shouldn't be there. Anybody else is experiencing this?

I get above mentioned FPS with or without ray tracing on. Stutter does remain, with or without ray tracing as well.

My specs:

RTX 4090
14900k
64 GB 6400 MHz RAM
M.2 SSD

Playing on 5120x1440 Resolution.

Any help is appreciated.

Same situation here with a 4090 and 13900k. Have been trying things all night and finally kinda gave up, hoping it will get better when a new geforce driver comes out. Also seeing my GPU usage dropping to insanely low percentages when these stutters occur.

Same. insanely bad stutters makes it unplayable. my specs are not the issue. had the same problem when xdefiant was released.

New GeForce driver just released this morning and my game is now running beautifully! Hope this fixes things for you as well!

Have all of you with intel 13th and 14th gen updated your bios ?
Those gens of cpu's have had tons of issues with many other games.

I have 13th gen idk I dont have issues in any other game than this one

ive got ryzen 5500 and its stuttering for me. nvidia drivers have just been updated but theres no change for me

yes, did not even get 14900k until after this issue got old and motherboard has gone through multiple updates after the fact. I can assure you, nothing to do with that issue and CPU is healthy as madapaka.

Are you being sarcastic ? Uninstall your current driver , download and install new driver I provided a link to above.

Anyways, I tried with this new driver. I have to say its a bit better ,but it is still there and the worst part is , it is happening in the most intense moments where it matters the most, can't really play like this. Its too choppy. Anybody found a solution?

same problem, embarrassing, do 230 fps and then have stattering as if you were doing 13 fps
