Game lags A LOT in AMD cards

supposedly this is a low req game so it shouldn't be lagging so much, at the start of the match it goes fine but after 15 minutes it starts dropping frames like crazy, my rx7800 ain't the most expensive card out there but it should be enough to run this game fine.

i tried to enter them in CMD but i got the following issue:

The command "-dx11" is either misspelled or
could not be found.

If you downgrade adrenalin to version 24.8.1 the problem will be solved and you will be able to use fidelity x. I play it on ultra and there are no lags.

dunno if you have solved it yet, but I was wrong. The dx11 actually works, the guy just explained it wrong. putting -dx11 in steam doesnt do anything, because it only forces the delta force launcher into dx11. The launcher itself has a settings menu which is kinda hidden.
I just found it 2 days ago and had absolutly zero lags or stutter, the game is buttersmooth now.

Just try -d3d11 in the Delta Force Launcher itself

Mhhh i run a 7800xtx on 4k with about 160 to 240 fps... pcs are simply not the same, i doubt its a amd issue.

i cant even start the game. it just keeps saying outdated graphic card. so i downloaded easy drivers. but still cant open. what do i do? or is there nothing i can do? please i need answers.
