Delta Force is back?!?! but I'm dissapointed.

Let me tell you, Delta Force was one of those game back in the day I picked up randomly, and loved. I played I think every game in the series. In fact, I still have the original 2 games sitting on a shelf above my PC setup right now. It was not a great series. it had it's rough edges, especially in the AI department, but I loved it. I had so much fun replaying missions with cheat codes like invisibility and god mod.

I thought the series was dead, but now I see it is coming back!!!! .... as a multiplayer shooter like the battlefield series?????

Unless I am wrong, I am only seeing a multiplayer mode. I hope I am wrong, because if so, that's very disappointing. I did love the multiplayer back in the day, but man did it get overrun with cheaters. But the real draw of the game to me was the single player.

I really don't see the point in another military multiplayer shooter when we have things like Battlefield and Call of Duty filling those roles.

I will probably try it at least since it's free to play. That logo just hit me with a wave of nostalgia!

Don't bother. If that's what you're looking for isn't remotely Delta Force. The series died with Angel Falls and Novalogic.

It's just Tencent reviving classic dead IPs for their own gain, this is as far from a Delta Force game as it gets. It's just an incredibly mid Battlefield 2042 clone.

You can actually still find lobbies in the old Delta Force games, especially Black Hawk Down, would definitely recommend giving it a try someday if you can get your hands on a copy.

I've never played Call of Duty.. Well Not since Call of Duty 2, which I never finished. Really need to go back and play that again one day.

Not one person here tells you anything useful. There is a singleplayer campaign releasing for it soon, a remake of Black Hawk Down.
