When exactly does the game release?

Easiest way to find out is to check steam store page where it says "x hourst until release".

I think that just shows time until 00:00 of the release day, no matter what hour it actually releases

any clue of the ACTUAL full release of the game itself?
I've this strange feeling, the SP mode will be pay-walled.

The singleplayer is a paid expansion, they have stated that quite clearly multiple times.
They are a business after all, they do actually have to make money some how :)

No, it's legit. It correlates to the correct launch time locally for me.

00:00 doesn't mean it gonna be 12PM or 12AM release dates are based on time zones so not everyone will release on the same hour.
