i hope this will only sell cosmetics. dont care about cosmetics, but if they start with the lootboxes with points to level a certain trait for a weapon or a vehicle, then it will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥, fingers crossed it isnt anything like that and its just a genuinely fun well made game that will only sell cosmetics and nothing that affects gameplay.
I had this game in my wishlist for a long time and got excited, because i just saw it will release tomorrow.
But no thanks. That's the reason why i stopped playing the battlefield games.
So far i have not seen Pay to Win in the game at all myself.
Are you serious? What is your or your stupid problem just because it comes from a Tencent studio? I seriously don't understand why you can get so excited anymore Tencent is one of the biggest tech giants and is involved in almost every major game developer. So according to your logic, you shouldn't have installed or install almost any game anymore? haha What do so many people still find so bad about a Tencent Game or Tencent Game Studio? Wake up and realize that the developers have created a technically and visually good game that no other major developer has managed in recent years and the best thing about it is that it is free to play for everyone and they communicate everything transparently with the community. The only thing that could be difficult for Delta Force is the topic of anti-cheat, but the developers are also very ambitious about that.
No one is forced to buy skins or other cosmetic stuff.
I played the Delta Force betas and it was a lot of fun
If the report is true it's a shame for XDefiant anyway, that's what happens when the wrong developers and toxic players don't support and ruin a solid good game. Too bad they haven't sold Ubisoft to Tencent yet.
The world is full of ignorant people who believe what ever garbage their favourite news/information source tells them, attempt to think for yourself for once, it is not actually that hard.
I second that.
And nobody see the problem here? A company buying and owning a large part of the gaming industry and nobody see the problem here?
This isn't healthy for a industry. This company will generate so much power in the gaming industry, that it will have a monopoly position. which is never healthy for a industry. Funny that Microsoft bought Activsion-Blizzard after fighting a few years in court and nobody liked it, but meanwhile we are defending a Chinese tech company, that owns even more in the gaming industry and nobody doesn't even care and even defending it and give arguments with how much they own.
Talking about ignorant people.......
aight lets see what tencent invests in and has shares of... so you stopped playing games from:
Larian (yes BG3) lol
From Soft (yip every dark souls / elden ring)
Ubisoft
Activision Blizzard
Epic Games
Frontier
Paradox
Riot
Blooper Team
Remedy
Platinum Games
Roblox
Funcom
Turtle Rock Studios (Rock and Stone boys)
And more these were just the biggest.
Then you stopped using Discord, Spotify or Snapchat, Reddit, to name a few.
And then you stopped watching Movies because... well: Universal, Summit, Legendary, Sony, Paramount, Disney, Netflix, Lionsgate and so on. all made movies with tencent Budget.
Hmm also Tesla. lol
And stopped listening to every Song made by an Artist thats with UMG and WMG
