List of servers: where?

As the title says, where can we find a list of servers to know:
-Garena servers: which region will them cover?
-Steam version: which region will them cover?

I'm asking this because as I live in Mexico, we always use Dallas or any West-East coast servers because we never get servers inside Mexico (not sure why). Argentina-Brasil servers give us similar ping than Europe, so it will be of great help to have a visual map of the regions to be sure which version to download. Thanks and lets hope this rolls up well!
