no. The only thing that comes closest in the warfare gamemode is the tactical missile kinda thing that has a huge AOE and instakill everyone, but it costs like 18000 points or something, which is alot but certainly not unreachable.

You have watched too many surrealist movies. Nuclear strikes are launched from countries' HQs. The spendable soldier on the battlefield won't have access to how atomic threats are used. If anything, you'd just be the idiot seeing a missile coming out of nowhere and having your cheeks clapped by Oppenheimer.

There is even a great chance your country would launch that missile without you being debriefed about it.

Trust me, if war between Russia and United States happened, nuclear weapon(s) would have a path to be launched/used on that war.
