You'll want to go to your game install folder where the config files are:
steamapps\common\Delta Force\Game\DeltaForce\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
and look for "GameUserSettings.ini" look for the line that says:
[RayTracing] r.RayTracing.EnableInGame=False
change that to true and in the firing range you can see the screen space reflections in the water puddles are replaced with ray tracing, as if you look down the reflections won't disappear anymore when the source of the reflection goes off screen.
not sure why the raytracing options are in another config file (GameUserSettings.ini) because the normal config with your setting is called (UserSystemSettingHD.ini) and there is another one called (UserSystemSetting.ini) for controls i think.
i did turn it off myself, as at 1080p with max settings on my RTX 4070Ti the framerate can go under 120 FPS if you have the dual rendering scopes turned on too, (that option where the scope magnifies realistically like call of duty without zooming in the whole screen).
