Extraction mission bugs

"Eliminate X enemies wearing Green Helmet/Armour or better" missions are bugged.

If you don't complete them the first time you try, and you die, their mission progress gets stuck at the number you were at. And you can't progress it anymore, no matter what armour you're wearing or how many enemies you kill.

There are several other missions that have progress bugs too, but I don't know how to replicate those at this time.
