Quick melee and takedown

Game's feel like good Battlefield 3 + 4 and one thing that I enjoy most is takedowns (collecting ♥♥♥♥ tons of dog tags back then).

I don't see any quick melee button and when I do equip melee (knife) and get behind enemy there's no takedown animation whatsoever.

So, how?

I don't know how, but I can tell you for a fact that there is a takedown animation, because I got it done to me lol
Maybe if you sneak behind someone, theres a prompt? Dunno, didn't manage it yet myself.

Yeah with DA game mode didn't have much chance to sneak up behind enemies. Pretty difficult. Only few times.

Alright got my answer.

Prompt will appear when you're behind enemy. Press F.

But it took couple of seconds so the enemy got to stand still.

Didn't manage even 1 takedown.
