Error code "1400004"

hello, after is start the game i see a black screen with the logo "Team jade"
after that my game closes completely.
when i try start again it says something like that : "Failed to create game progress error code: 1400004"
any solution?

I never even can start game. I have same problem, try all update, reinstal etc.

I'm having the same issue, getting 1400004 and got stuck on launcher.

ArturNiceOne really a Legend. I had the same problem and your fix with the antyvirus settings/program did work as well.

I disabled Windows Real-Time Protection. I don't use any other AntiVirus.
I also tried launch with -dx11 or as administrator, verified and reinstalled the game, updated AMD graphics drivers, etc.
Nothing works. The game get's stuck on the "Team Jade" loading screen (which is windowed for some reason). I can't even kill the process or shut down the PC. I have to do a forced shutdown.
Help, I want to play this game so bad

dienstall ur antivirus. u dont need. windows anti virus defender is good enough. keep windows up2date

I am only using Windows Defender and still can't launch the game
