Are twitch drops guaranteed? Drops guaranteed - keys limited quantity - CONFIRMED

I'm a complete twitch noob, so can anyone tell me if the drops are guaranteed, or there's "a chance" you'll get a drop provided the conditions are met.
I mean is it like "Watch 1hour, get the drop", or "Watch 1hour, and MAYBE you get the drop"?

EDIT: Each drop campaign has a limited number of keys. The sooner you watch, the higher the chance to get your key. Especially for Steam keys, because they need to allocate them in advance. I don't know if it's the same case for their infinity client keys, but the campaigns for those are at different times usually.

watch 1 hr and u will get it.
but I forgot to claim the key.
it seems that u have to claim the key within a timespan of 3 hours. then the "drop event" is closed.

Yes, they work. Watch a streamer with !DROPS in their title playing Hawk Ops for 1 hour and you'll get a drop. Claim it. Then go to https://www.playdeltaforce.com/act/twitchdrops/index.html to reclaim the key (login with registered email, code sent by email) then click Get Key > Copy Key > activate it in Steam. Then download away.

Yep, just mind that you need to wait a few minutes between the twitch drop and redeeming the key on the delta force website.

Me and my friend both were eligible after watching a Twitch steam for an hour and linking their stupid account system to Twitch and when we went to claim the key it says "This round has now ended. Please stay tuned for the next one." The drop window has not finished. Any ideas?

Next twitch drop on the 10th of August. Not sure if they have the limitation on non-Steam keys.

It's not a scam, I got my key through the drop.
