I use ReWASD, but for some reason the sensitivity seems off for me in-game. The movement is fine, but when I am aiming down sight that's where I have the issue. I feel like I am fighting to keep the aim and the recoil steady at the same time.
Plenty of other shooters work perfectly, but this game just seems off. Also, I don't see any ADS sensitivity settings. What way do you have yours setup as? and do you have the config to share?
On the top of Steam, there is a menu GAMES. At the bottom of the list it says ADD NON-STEAM GAME. Then just browse to the .exe file.
then why not play on a platform that caters to nothing but controller support? like xbox or playstation? you make no sense to want to play on a limited platform when there are two awesome platforms that already cater to that. the logic is not there. you can try and bs all you want but i know the real reason. Because controller support means aim assist, aim assist means easy kills just like in any other fps.
"The real reason" mf uncovered the grand conspiracy lmao. Some just prefer playing on pc, kid. That's not a bs reason your schizo self is trying to cope with, is just a fact. Some prefer PC, and they want to play with a controller with a PC. If that's too hard for you to understand, idk what to say other than you shouldn't spew your whining when there is just people here looking for help with an issue
Hell, PUBG on console doesn't have aim assist either. Some gamers just prefer to use controller over keyboard and mouse. Why it bothers some PC gamers is beyond me.
You should be more worried about cheaters using aimbots/hacks on keyboard/mouse. or using 3rd party software for aim assist on mouse.
I think you missed the point. It's not just THIS game. It's all shooter games. Especially Free to Play models. There is nothing wrong with someone's choice on Input. We don't need aim assist in games for controller. I hate aim assist and prefer when you can turn it off.
Games like the ones I mentioned above, don't have it, or can be turned off, the same with a lot of shooters in games, especially on PC. Again, PUBG on console does not have aim assist.
Developers could stop with this aim assist. Muscle memory is a thing and can happen quite quickly when you get use to it or unaware of it not being there. I say unaware, as most don't think PUBG on console has no aim assist, but it's true. The only difference between PUBG on PC and console, is that the recoil is not as harsh on console when compared to PC. So, this could probably be looked into in future games perhaps?
I use keyboard and mouse all day in work, so when I want to game at home, I prefer using my controller in front of my TV, rather than M/Kb, as it would just feel like work.
