Yes,you basically re-install it that way :)

I have the same problem, but when its trying to uninstall, it shows failed to uninstall, please restart the computer and retry

For those who can't uninstall the anti-cheat
I found another way to solve this error and I was able to open the game normally
go to -> services in Windows -> look for AntiCheatExpert Server and Protection -> activate both as automatic -> Open the game
