Best place to farm gold on King Knight's campaign?

What's the best method to farm some quick gold?

The Tower of Fate stages are pretty good for farming. But it gets a bit dull after a while. So what i do is rerun the first and second maps. It's pretty fun to replay the levels you struggled at first when figuring out the controls of King Knight.

If you're grinding for mystery cards, you'll want to enter NG+ first.

Why?

I was mainly farming to buy all the expensive cosmetics for the achievement. I got it now, so I was going to farm some more for mystery cards but I figured it would be better to just battle opponents again to steal their cards I didn't have. I'm at 120/148 and I'm not sure which opponents have cards I still don't, because I think I've played with them all already.

Did you beat Cardia a second time? If you did, you can use the item you get to see who still owns which cards; it's found in the deck building menu.

Yeah I did, and all cards left can be purchased, but I was trying to get them by winning against everyone again.

Oh, okay, I follow you.
All I can suggest is to check your completion percentage on each rank of cards with Chester, then play at the corresponding Joustus house since they use cards of the same rank.

Simply put, NG+ gives way more gold. So, so much gold. Way more gold than you would ever need to get those last cards from Chester.

Thanks, I think I'll try that because I suspect some cards are exclusive from Chester's store and buying his cards is way too expensive considering I won't 100% get a new one. I just thought I'd lose my card progression on NG+ though.
