Can you get Impossible and Hurry Up in New Game+?

But Impossible is much easier on NG. Hurry Up is debatable, but the Propeller Knife from the start makes it faster without a doubt.

That is what I was thinking. I'll probably start a new save, get impossible on NG and Hurry Up in NG+.

Ok, correction, you CANNOT get Hurry Up on a NG+, as it goes on the total tracked time, not your current playthrough.

I ended up getting 'Impossible' and 'Hurry Up' on a new game, along with Penny Pincher and True Shovelry, just because getting a time under 1:30 pretty much happens when you beat the game without dying, and without going out of your way for relics. And you could use money to get shovel upgrades and armor, but it's still a bit out of the way, and with practice, 'Impossible' isn't too impossible anyway.
