Generally, everything (e.g. time, money spent, tonics used, relics collected) carries over into New Game Plus, so you can't earn Hurry Up, Penny Pincher, Teetotaler, Make A Killing, Beeline, True Shovelry, or Naked Plague/Specter/King on New Game Plus, since you'd have already earned them at the end of your first playthrough if you met their requirements. The only ones I'm not sure about are Impossible and Perfect Platformer, but if every other stat carries over, I'd bet deaths do too. Those two Feats are easier to earn on your Hurry Up run anyway, so I wouldn't recommend trying them on New Game Plus where you take double damage.
Deaths are only saved when you complete the stage, so you can quit to the map or to the title screen after dying to get another chance at the stage. Time, however, is saved if you quit to the map, so if you want to get Impossible, Perfect Platformer, and Hurry Up all on the same file, make sure to quit to the title screen after each death instead of to the map. The wiki also says this about Impossible:
Since you can return to stages at any time to destroy their checkpoints, you can earn Checkpointless on New Game Plus if you want to, but I found that going back and destroying them all on my original file was much easier. In the credits of a campaign, the stages you destroyed all checkpoints on will be marked with an X. I think these X marks carry over into New Game Plus, so if you want a perfect New Game Plus file, go back and destroy all checkpoints in the original file before creating the New Game Plus file.
