Soundtrack Midi Soundfont
I was wondering, out of curiosity, as to what soundfont that the Shovel Knight Soundtrack was created with. I'm hoping I could pinpoint it for personal use in my own projects.

Awesome, thanks for the response! I've been experimenting with Midis of different mediums (traditional/pop music, other videogames, etc.) using VirtualMidiSynth, and was curious to hear what they'd sound like using the same or similar soundfont as Shovel Knight. VRC6 and/or Famitracker, was it? Here's hoping it turns out for the best!

As a side, I'll see if I can pinpoint any MIDI files of Shovel Knight tracks online and experiment with them by passing them through different midi soundfonts. It'd be interesting to hear what these compositional wonders would sound like in different forms, such as a Classic FPS .wad mapset using the Roland SC-55, or a Smash64 stage using its soundfont, or some creepy Aubrey Hodges horror stuff using the Doom 64 soundfont. The possibilities are endless!

Also, very interesting and insightful read on how you operated in/around the creative limitations of the NES console era. Thanks again for the reference link!
