Plague Knight icon in main menu?
I have strange plague knight icon in main menu at top-left corner. What does it mean? I've beat all previous campaigns long time ago.

It's for beating challenges in challenge mode.

You get medals for completing all the feats for each character as well.

You get a medal for every character you complete the feats for, and a face for every character you complete the challenges for. If you're up to the challenge, go for all the face-medals. These didn't exist until this final expansion was released.
