Also it's been a while since I've played Shovel Knight but I think the Body Swap only applies to Shovel Knight's campaign so that statement should be accurate even nowadays.

Actually shovel knight was the original game then the rest of the campaigns were voted on by the kickstarter backers who chose Plague Knight, Specter Knight, and King Knight. Sorry, but it looks like Shield Knight won't be getting her own campaign in Treasure Trove.
