Online Co-Op. Please?
Now, I know you have stated that Co-Op for PC edition wasn't in your plans, but you have added local Co-Op (controller based) to the newest update. Now. That's all fine and dandy, but many of my buddies are nowhere around to be physically near me, yet we want to play this wonderful game together (I just wanna have fun ;-;)... So I really do think that an online option through steam or something would be incredibly good for everyone. Any thoughts?

I completly agree with this. When I saw that Co-op was coming, I was happy. But now, since it is only couch co-op, it doesn't matter. Steam should make it pretty easy to set up online co-op using their services.... Please please please integrate this!

Op and 2nd say it all i honestly belived there would be online support as well.... make it happen Yacht Club you guys have done great work so far!

I mean, Shovel Knight is really supposed to recreate that old console feel. I feel like online multiplayer would ruin that.

Multiplayer would ruin the old console feel? Well, good thing co-op isn't mandatory then, isn't it? Online co-op would be amazing. Local co-op is awesome, but I have friends who could only play it online with me. Online co-op would be the deciding factor of them buying this underrated game.

Can devs or anyone with a source please confirm if they'd have any plans adding online coop ? I have 0 friends and online coop is a good thing for me :3
alternatively they can just not add sh*t cuz this game is already outstanding and I honestly wouldn't mind if they didnt.

Yeah, remote play is good when my internet isn't really laggy xD
