Problems with wired Xbox 360 Controller since update
Hey, since the update my wired Xbox 360 controller is no longer being detected as such. The game is now using wrong default buttons and now showing generic numbered button prompts instead of the usual Xbox prompts.

Am I doing something wrong, is it a bug or is this supposed to be this way from now on?

I'm on Win 7 64 bit, game version 3.0A if that helps.

Yeh, there appear to be a couple things wrong at the moment.

I also have the same problem, 1-2-3-4 instead of x360 buttons

I believe the buttons being numbers instead of Xbox icons is intentional in order to accommodate gamepads that aren't of the Xbox variety. I could be wrong, but it makes sense. As for everything else mentioned... my steam overlay works just fine, all of my controls were exactly the same, and the controller worked flawlessly. I'm using a wired Xbox 360 controller.

That's still not normal dude before the update the layout was 360 controller buttons and for the Overlay I was an Idiot that's why I deleted my own comment but still not we have generics buttons the game still work as before it's just annoying...

It's pretty normal for other games with controller support. Not every controller being used on a computer is an Xbox controller, so the icons won't match up with them. It really isn't a difficult thing to adapt to.

Nope, it's a bug, it read 360 controller like a generic dinput controller... they need to fix this ASAP!

The lack of vibration feedback is normal?

Our eyes... you know. It's like you never played a game on PC, you can't blame us for your ignorance.
