where does mona go

where does she go after the second black knight battle and what lines does she say after beating tinker knight and propeller knight, i defeated polar knigth then went straight to black so i don't know

Keep going, you'll meet her again near the end of the story. You can still buy upgrades from the horse.

I don't think you can get to tinker & propeller knight without Mona leaving beforehand. I'll check on my next playthrough.

I don't remember for which level it is, but you do need to beat Black Knight there to progress in the game here.

Well you can finish the game 3 times to see the text on the other 2 knights, i think black knight blocks your way after fighting one of the last 3 bosses? Dunno if entering and leaving the stage will move him.

That is correct. This time I tried clearing the Flying Machine stage first, and the Dark Knight spawns right behind you, so you HAVE to fight him to progress:
