Login Query Errror

Every time I start the game i get two options ( setup or start ro online), but if i start it the loading bar appears for 3 seconds and then i get this login query error and a message. Please help me i always wanted to play ro but i couldnt play it because of all the errors i hoped to get a better game on steam :D

The same goes for me. And since the desktop icon is just a link, I can't run it as administrator.

Try this: Open setup, put other screen resolution (for example 800x600) and check fullscreen option. That resolve my problem.
If it fail, try reinstalling.

it failed and even after reinstalling it still fails with that error message
