Above all because it would be for Mac.
Ah my hate against anything produced by Apple aside it's still the original client and i don't know what stuff they put together~
kRO launched in 2002 as Macs ran on PowerPC architecure. (Well i forgot what that should tell you... 10 minutes later *cough*)
Hrm... I don't know but porting such an old game could be really nasty.
And you probably had to rewrite the entire client in order to make it useable on any other platform, it's most likely full of windows only stuff (I mean back then there was no such thing as cross-platforming or the like)
Using Apple's built-in BootCamp assistant, partition your hard drive and install Windows 10 via USB media. Press and hold the option key when booting your Mac to choose to boot into Windows. Install Steam and play your Windows games, using Windows, on your Mac.
A little bit of dances around portingkit.com and my custom client now running smoothly on Mac!
Love you! 👍👍👍
