Job/class select, require's items?

So I tried to get to learn this game once again, I though gunslinger sounded fun so I decided to take the quest for it, however the item's you need to become a gunslinger is next to impossible at level 10. How come gunslinger is such a pain when the other starters seems to only need to talk to a npc?
I'm I simply doing something wrong here? Do I need to level up and get the item's along the way and come back later and complete the quest?
(I did manage to farm some of the items in the start area with an alt but still need some kind of milk and some other stuff)

I dunno either. I wasn't like that before the big change. As in you talk to a person and you'll be that class.
It's weird you need to collect stuff for ninja and gunslinger still.
I guess it's doable. But it's a chore and you'll be around lvl 20 when you finally hit gunslinger.
Just ask around for help, enough high level people around.

Hrm you should need 1 Trunk, 1 Green Herb, 3 Mushroom Spore and 1 Milk?
You can buy Milk from "Vendor from Milk Ranch".
Prontera got one at 73, 134.

What's the problem with the other items?

Feather x 3
Zargon x 3
Rainbow Shell x 3
Shell x 10
Green Herb x 3
Trunk x 1
Milk x 1

Also the trunk have 1% drop rate from the lvl 8 mob...

Hrm kay that's something else...
Feathers, Shells and Green Herb shouldn't be a problem. Zargon and Milk can be bought. Trunk is something to farm... or you could search for someone who sells them.
The only problem could be Rainbow Shells dropped by Steiner.

Yeah seems like very high requirements. I also wanted to play a new class: Ninja, but it was too confusing compared with the vanilla classes I played 10 yrs ago, so I made an Archer now, just like in the beta, because I haven't played that in the longest time ^^

Can't help you with the Items but I might have a theory why you have such high requirements for Gunslinger. It's an expanded job which doesn't have a follow up job (yet). So since you only need to jobchange once they made it harder in the beginning to do so (only my guess).

Yes, now you only have to click on the NPC to become a ninja or a gunslinger, so your troubles are over =)
