Eden Quest - Instructor Ur
Is he on the server or not implemented? I can't find him. I've searched for locations and they just say Paradise HQ in Morroc. Where!? I also found someone that said he wasn't on RagnarokEurope. Anyone?

Looks like he's not there. On iRO servers he should be right beside Boya of Para. But euRO isn't iRO and we don't have the 60+ equipment quests yet.
