My pieces keep moving
I've played every mode and now every suspect and they routinely move to different rooms when during other AI players turns. I lost a round because every time I tried to get to the Hall or Library, my piece got moved across the board between turns so the AI figured it out before I could. I should have had it 4 turns prior. Sometimes the random moves are too my benefit, but not normally. This is in single player mode, all play styles.

I've also noticed if the AI doesn't role high enough to get to the next room, they move to the exit of the room they are in and stop, even if they could go further.

Hello, It has been a long time since I played the actual board game but one of the rules is that when making a "suggestion" you "call" the suspect to the room in question, so that player's piece gets moved to that room. It makes the game a little bit harder, especially to narrow down the room and also introduces an element of luck with dice rolling so that clever players don't always win against the less skilled players. I hope this helps explain why your piece gets moved :-)

Interesting. I don't remember that rule. I'll have to monitor the game to confirm that's what's happening. I have noticed all pieces tend to get bunched together.

A good tactic if you think someone is near to winning is to keep calling them off their chosen path and prevent them from where they want to go lols chances are they are trying to eliminate a room, so keep them far away to frustrate them is a fair tactic to use XD

I've played an embarrassing amount of this to have never noticed that. :steamfacepalm:

I can confirm this. If this help you, I've been playing Clue for many many years and the rule is in the board game.
That's the way you play Clue.
