Edit: yes, cloud save broken. Have to start fresh by solving cloud conflict (use new local save). what a shame.
Even now, you may still be able to do that if you manage to recover the old file from Steam cloud sync and send it to them at help@marmalademail.com

Mine is also happening in the single player mode, but it’s Whispering Pines Retreat instead of Tudor Mansion… (other boards are working fine)
