And yet, it is not available for MAC. Disappointing.
1. Not very nice to do this without posting about it in the thread.
2. What do you mean 'content that already exists'? Black Adder already existed, but the ECC isn't reducing the price for already owning that. Or can you only reduce the price for 'bundles' and this isn't one?
In my case, I simply refunded the DLC and got the ECC, but many people no longer have that option. What will you be doing to offer them a discounted price anyway?
Hi TagForce,
I totally understand where you're coming from, and I'm really sorry for any confusion caused by the update without a heads-up in the thread. That was definitely not the intention - I wanted to collect more information from our team about this so I could give you a more complete response.
After checking in with our team, I found that one of the challenges we face is that on Steam, we can't create price tiers like we can on mobile platforms. Additionally, the content being offered in the Epic Crime Collection is a compilation of future additions, which makes it not possible to create a discount on it based on a user's existing content.
I understand this is not the news you were hoping for, and I genuinely apologise for any frustration this may have caused. In the meantime, to address the concerns of players who own the DLC, we want to make things right for them. Players can reach out to our support team via help@marmalademail.com, and we will be more than happy to work on a solution.
Your feedback is super important, and we're committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our players. If there's anything else I can assist you with or any further questions you have, please let me know.
No biggie. I completely understand the issues you're facing on Steam.
Like I said, I refunded the superfluous DLC and got the collection, so my issue was resolved.
