Report a translation problem
The diner custumer is Silas, who talks to Jack and claims that he is a maintenence worker. Connor says that the tower is out of order, so Silas was probably lying and it is indeed a cult member.
I think Billy doesn't back Jack up (nor warns him) because he is scared of the cult, and does't want to interfere with it.
I agree with the obnoxious chewer comment, lol!
As much as it annoys me, I'd respect the developer just going more and more hard with it.
Maybe the next FtF is set in a restaurant and we'll hear customers constantly chewing for most of the game.
