If you are unable to access or recover your old data from the Windows Registry on your previous hard drive, then you might be out of luck. If you are able to still access your old data, then you can see if you can export your old game data from the Registry, and then merge that game data onto your new hard drive.
You would have to open the Registry on your previous hard drive and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Code Avarice\Paranautical Activity. Then right click Paranautical Activity and click Export. Then save the file and put it onto your new hard drive. Then on your new hard drive, you would need to right click the .reg file that you created and saved, and click Merge. That will import your old game data from your previous hard drive into the Registry on your new hard drive
