Suggestion: The stressed customer combo of "see-saw rating system" and "needs to be clicked to know the order is done (while still see-sawing) doesn't feel especially fair to me. There is only a fraction of a second after getting their last order that you can click them to get a good score before they begin to seesaw again, but you don't know if they're going to need the extra kick or not.

1. The closest similar mechanic is "remind"-ing the thief to pay his tab, which we are trained to do quickly the moment we notice that he hasn't paid yet or is trying to sneak away.. but the lighting-impulse-click is liable to catch the stressed customer at the bottom of a seesaw and get curse words out of him.

2. A lot of the UI is now centered around clicking the order balloons now, including "see recipe of order" and "invoke BB3.0" so it works against making that part of the UI safe if it might instantly disgruntle a customer.

Of all the possible improvements to this scenario with the least actual changes (during testing or in final form) I'd recommend at minimum making "see saw" and "has to be reminded when order is done" flags not be allowed together for the same customer. 🙂

If clicks can be wider and more forgiving: on a desktop if a mouse is old or the player's reflexes aren't sharp, then sometimes the click doesn't 'go through' all the way.

I don't remember now if in this game it has to be a tiny pinpoint (I don't think so) but that can be irritating too, and cost more time, in games when the click has to be on a small spot.

Generally speaking, an aura around a customer is nice, so it can be a bit more slapdash, and still work, as a click.

The food, mostly having different colors and shapes is best.

It can definitely be tricky when the frazzled customer has the robot-style patience combined with needing a final click. There's a subtle way to know if he'll need a final click, which is that he'll be continuously looking at his phone when he only has 1 item left for you to deliver. Another trick that is to double click the final item when you deliver it. That is, deliver it using left click and immediately click again. That should always give you 5-star service (as long as the customer was at 5-star service on the first click).

That's an interesting idea. If you enable "Touch Screen" in the options, you'll see that the game has bigger click regions. I could maybe add an Advanced Option that enables the bigger click regions even when playing in non-touch-screen mode.

That would be great. Thank you.

I guess most people must play on phone or tablet. I'm on desktop.

Oh sorry to give that impression. No, I think most people play the PC/Mac version of Burger Shop 3 with a mouse, but I was just musing to myself how the touch screen feature is more forgiving, and it probably wouldn't be too hard enable that extra click region for mouse mode as well :-)

It's all good. 😊

I didn't mean to imply that I thought any changes were a foregone conclusion. I appreciate how user feedback is so graciously received and even encouraged.

My hope is if it can be helpful in some way.

The user feedback has been so helpful! I think the game is much better for it.

And the next release will have an Advanced Option for bigger click areas :-)

Awesome.

Hello! Huge fan of the first two games, and I'm just getting started on the third game. It's a lot of fun - though I have one ask. In Burger Shop 1 and 2, we have a small counter to put items onto - like a small hold area. In Burger Shop 3, it seems that's been replaced by putting that item back onto the conveyor. Could there be an advanced toggle for whether you pick the countertop or the reverse conveyor?

I've actually thought about this idea a lot. I've tried occasionally to make the RewinderTron work better. For instance, one idea is that it would function as a normal table and only rewind if you click on it. But maybe the easiest thing would be to have the advanced option for the old table like you suggest :-)

I loved the little side table. Very handy. (Edit: or 'shelf.')

When you get it, BS3's version is better than the shelf from 1 and 2 😁

Oh nice. I don't remember seeing it.

I've been playing Relax mode a while though so I keep things kinda easy. Maybe I haven't needed one in a while, so I forgot it is there.

Happy Halloween everyone. :pumpkin_s:

I was going to provide feedback about two days ago because I was trying to Extreme one of the Extreme dessert levels and after playing for hours I gave up :') But the update that includes the boosts are excellent and allowed me to perfect that level :)

There seems to be a glitch though - when I achieve Extreme on an Extreme level with the boost, it doesn't show up with a star afterwards, still just a circle, even though the end of the level indicated Extreme service.
