Underwear or nude and BACKPACKS for inventory!!!
All clothing should have weight. This should mean the default clothing you're wearing when you're supposedly not wearing clothing should be accounted for and equipable/unequipable to place in your inventory.

I'd like to see the character be able to strip down to just underwear or go commando because all clothing worn should have some sort of weight and take inventory space and be accounted for, affecting your overall carrying capacity, and by affecting your agility and stealth.

Not wearing clothing should increase stealth and agility attributes but it's obvious it puts you at serious risk if you're shot at and suicidal to do in a firefight when you need to be wearing armor for protection.

But sneaking around in the nude or in underwear makes sense if you want to be extra stealthy and agile and not make noise. Wearing armor or even boots would cause more noise than bare feat.

Also, I think the player should have a backpack and that should be the player's inventory. Obviously a naked person or a person in underwear has no place to carry equipment/items. So it would be neat if inventory was done via a backpack with different types of backpacks available in the game ranging from small to large. Obviously larger backpacks can hold more but should be penalized by reducing agility and stealth while worn. This way you can drop your backpack in a safe place and go silent and stealthy wearing minimal armor and get a stealth and agility boost.

Yeah but when you wear clothes in real life im talking about normal clothes not like plate or metal or anything cotton, linnen and such you don't go oh this ♥♥♥♥ is so heavy do you? so that idea seems a little retarded at best, If you wearing like metal or body amour then yeah not normal clothes or leather, and forcing people to go nude or with very little clothing on to be 'stealthy' seems like a slightly forced and werid choice i'd feel werid doing it, and i mean being naked doesn't make you more agile does it?

This isn't Skyrim. Go download your nude mods there.

Regardless, sneaking around naked in underground metro tunnels and cave systems would make no sense at all. You would freeze your nutsacks off, making sneaking quite a bit harder.

I don't really care if it's nude or underwear. But the default clothing should take up weight and space. We're not born with clothes on and an RPG game should give players the most immersive experience possible with the most options so that if a player does want to attempt running around in the nude they can. For me, it's not about running around naked. It's about lighter weight clothing making you more agile than bulky heavy clothing and taking into account the default clothing sttats, weight, and inventory space.

Go to the doctor for a check-up, and after they have you sit for 3 hours in a waiting room full of chronically ill people, the nurse walks you back and has you stand on a scale... WITH your shoes AND your clothes on.

Why?

Most likely they don't want you running around the hallways in your birthday suit, or possibly, they figure that the items don't really weigh that much.

But of course, ThoRn, you can do as you please. Problem is... I think there are laws preventing such behavior... but you are welcome to experiment if you like.

Have a blessed day,

nah. clothing doesn't really add weight until you start layering it on. trenchcoats, heavy boots etc...that just seems like an annoying game rule that some silly rabbit thought would be "more realistic" naked stealth. give me a break!

Who cares about stealth anyway? GO IN GUNS BLAZIN'!!

ThoRn, you're trolling, right? If you are, you are very successful because I'm really having a hard time figuring out if you're just trolling or stupid.

Or even... "If I get strip down to my birthday suit I can sneak past this guard. I mean everyone knows that in a room full of people, the ones in their skivvies always get ignored."

Maybe its just me, but given we're all pasty skinnned people who have never seen the sun, wouldn't we stand out more when naked, not less?
