Old Jona's Watch

I picked up this quest whilst on another quest. I have searched all of the area the quest note describes but I have yet to find this watch. Where is it?

Also: How are you supposed to catch these cave hopper creatures? I was given a quest to capture three of them but even though I have the nets and cages in my hotbar, I can't use the nets.

His watch is dropped by one of the rathounds in that caves, you just have to kill all of them and check their loot. As for nets, you have to place them not in hotbar, but in utility slot (just double click on them in your inventory and they will be placed there) and use hotkey for that slot (Q, W, E and so on) to use it.

The watch you usualy find from the big pack of rathounds by the explosive barrel towards the generator. I also recommend just giving the watch back to Jonas for free, this will let you ask him a question for free later on in the game because you have great relations with him. It also makes him a cheap place to buy batteries and lockpicks at first and my characters can always hack and lockpick so this helps my style.

As for the cave hoppers, right as you enter the cave hopper screen you will see a little nook with a deadend but with a plant in front of it with just enough corner for you to hide behind. Just stand there and cave hoppers will enventualy run by, hit enter to go into combat, select the cage from your inventory or hotkey if you set one up then click on the hopper the icon will look a bit different then youve got yourself a hopper in a cage.
