To my understanding, the feat will go away after a while, but the debuffs will keep comming no matter what feat or no feat. In fact, to my understanding, taking motion once will have those debuffs periodically appear no matter what. It just takes alot longer (like every half hour or hour).

I honestly HATE that change if that's the case. Take motion once, permenantly get screwed every hour. Not good design.
