Go talk to Lenox, tell him the story, and then he'll have Mordre arrested by Tanner (or Lenox will just kill him himself).
It was in a secluded area, with no camera, in caves that have several entrances and where anyone could come and kill him. I could kill everyone in Foundry prison in a middle of a town and not be found out but I couldn't kill a lone man fishing in a secluded area without everyone knowing about it? This just doesn't make any sense. And I've killed him AFTER I got all the evidence I needed so even if someone would see me (but that's what my 11 perception is for, no one was there besides cave hoppers) it would have been justified. Attacking me on the spot is just ret_arded. I've pointed out the very thing here: http://www.rpgcodex.net/forums/index.php?threads/what-is-your-personal-2015-rpg-goty-roleplaying-game-game-of-the-year.106067/page-4#post-4311525
