Two unreachable spots in the Rat King's maze.
Both of them are on the lower level, and both are behind indestructable fences:

I've looked around for ages for destructible walls or hidden doors, but have found nothing. Are these spots accessible at all?

I've went there with a 12 PER character and couldn't find any secret passages. I vaguely recall using the NE ladder in the early access build but I could be wrong.

Likewise, bati. From what I can recall from way back, wasn't there some conversation option to get a shortcut to the lair, bypassing most of the traps in the maze?

Couldn't find access those areas either wtih 8 per + snooping. The shortcut is completely unrelated.

There is still a secret door in Ratking's lair that is pointed out to you if you take the diplomatic route with him (requires persuasion) but I couldn't spot it even with high perception after I killed him so I guess the only trigger is that particular convo option.

I think that you used to emerge from the secret door on that NE ladder though. Now the door simply takes you to the cave before the traps (with dead bodies and flares on the ground). As I said, I could be remembering wrong but I'm relatively sure that the NE ladder used to serve a purpose.
